"Had an awesome first time experience at Mom’s Laksa. The Pattaya Laksa was delicious, prawns were fresh too. The chicken mee sup was good too, the broth was flavourful. Overall a good experience and will be returning."

"The laksa was rich, flavourful, and definitely lived up to the hype. We arrived right at lunchtime, so the place was packed but they had a waiting area which made things more comfortable. What stood out most was the warm hospitality; the staff were kind enough to help us charge our phones without hesitation."

"This place was recommended by my friend, who told me she always eats at Mom’s Laksa. When I finally came and tried it myself, it was really delicious. Even the normal laksa met my expectations, with 3–4 prawns and a rich, satisfying taste. The iced tea was also very good exactly the way I like it. The atmosphere was very comfortable. I came during lunch hour, so I chose to sit outside. With the cool breeze, it gave a really nice vibe, even though I was eating alone. Definitely a place I would come back to. InsyaAllah. "Berpuas hati with the laksa. Both taste and presentation. V photogenic laksa, looked and tasted amazing. Just that you need to queue up to get spot in the restaurant. If you came in a small number eg couple or less than 4, faster to get a place. Food is good. Attentive waitresses."

"Our Grand Entourage had decided to come here for dinner on our second night in Kuching. Unfortunately, my wife had too much to eat already, and had decided to skip dinner altogether. Hence, the rest of us went ahead to try out what was said to be the best Sarawak Laksa place in Kuching. My wife is a laksa connoisseur, and she enjoys all types of laksa. If only she knew how excellent the laksa they serve at this outlet really is, she would definitely have a major regret. So for now, let's keep this review a secret from her... Adam my nephew had sampled this exquisite laksa many times over, and had highly recommended this venue. But upon our arrival, we noticed that the restaurant was almost full, and we were wondering whether they could actually accomodate our Party of 18. Looking in from outside through the large glass window, it looked almost impossible. And we couldnt just walk in, as we had to wait to be seated. All of a sudden, I noticed that my other nephew Aliff had bursted inside, and was clearly seen communicating and negotiating with some of the staffs. I didnt know that Aliff had previously worked in Kuching for one year, and could actually speak a smattering of the local dialects. And before I realize it, the staffs were already clearing a few tables for us, and arranging them all in a linear configuration, to cater for our Party of 18. Well done, Aliff!!! Adam had recommended me to try the Prawn Laksa Pattaya, which I fully obliged and never regretted the choice. The taste was easy on my tummy and the portion was just nice for me, as I am not big on dinners. But the winner was definitely the Nasi Aruk, which was served with a whole Ikan Terubuk Masin, rice and vegetables. My two brothers and also my sister-in-law were game enough to try this dish, and ended up speaking very highly of the delicious local delicacy. The other members of our Grand Entourage had tried the variety of other dishes, such as Nasi Lemak Ayam Penyet, Fried Koey Teow, and Mee Kolok, another local favorite. I was quite interested to try it, but Adam had convinced me to wait, and take it for breakfast the next morning... Hence, that would be another review for another day..."

"We ordered pataya special but not available since big prawn is stocked out, so have a normal pataya. It is laksa sarawak actually. Nasi aruk with terubok masin is a must try food. Nica and tasty cucur udang. Mantao buttermilk is not bad."

"The last i came here was pre-covid when the cafe was not renovated. The prices were cheaper compared to now. Fortunately, the taste of the laksa still maintains. As usual, really delicious broth. Waiters/waitresses need to be more attentive to the new customers or immediately clear table and provide the new QR menu to order and scan. I waited around 10mins while some of them still are chitchatting near the bartender area until i call out for them. But this isn't a big deal for me."
